A new blend for this vintage—moving from the usual pure Macabeu to 80% Macabeu and 20% Grenache Gris in 2023. These are century-old vines, organically farmed, rooted in stony limestone clay soils with southern exposure. Two shallow plowings per year, hand-harvested in crates, only in the morning. Natural vinification: direct pressing, fermentation, and aging without new oak. Bottled at the Domaine on April 2, 2024, unfined, unfiltered, with a micro-dose of sulfur (0.8 g/hl).
