90% Carignan and 10% Grenache Gris, From 60-100-year-old vines grown on North-facing slopes of stony clays, at 50 meters in the small town of Paziols. Clay and limestone soils, rich in iron. The estate is certified organic. Vinification: maceration of whole bunches both for a few days, but not together. Separate aging of the juices, for 7 months in fiber vats, end blending of the wines just before bottling. Bottled at the estate on the 2nd of April 2024, without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites!
