A blend of 30% Carignan and 70% Grenache Noir, the vines are 70 years old, planted on rolled pebbles on alluvial terraces. The parcel is situated on the bank of La Palme's pond. The estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: 8 days maceration in whole bunches in truncated cone shaped vats, end of slow fermentation in barrels and 6 months of aging in wooden vats that have seen around eight wines. Unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
