A 100% Cinsault cuvée, made from very old vines, worked by hand and caterpillar tractor. The vineyards are situated at the heart of the Hautes Corbières at 200 metres altitude, spread over the communes of Villeneuve-les-Corbières, Durban and Cascaste. The estate covers schist and clay-limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested with small crates. Natural vinification, maceration of the whole bunches at low temperatures, and maturation in old barrels. Neither fined, not filtered, and with no sulphur at bottling.
