A blended cuvée: 75% Cinsault (60 years old) and 25% Pinot Noir (20 years old), grown on clay-limestone soils in the commune of Assignan, in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Vinification: 100% destemmed grapes, with little intervention, 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Neither filtered nor fined, bottled on the 27th of May 2024 with just a tiny dose of sulphur.

Kohki Iwata, a Japanese-born vigneron who arrived in France 10 years ago, brings to us wines from his wine negotiant business WA Sud.
