A blended cuvée: predominantly Mourvèdre and Grenache, with some Syrah and Carignan, all from a complex vineyard of 17 parcels with schist soils, cultivated biodynamically in its entirety since 1999. The Grande Réserve is not produced every year and is produced in very limited quantities. The grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, and low yields of around 25 hl/ha. The 17 plots are vinified separately without sulphur, with nearly five weeks of maceration, and two years of maturation mainly in barrels. Bottled with a microdose of sulphur.

Olivier Binet and Pierre Jacquet settled in Faugères in 1999 to found their 9-hectare estate, but only seven years later did they finally decide they were ready to release their first bottles!
