A blend of Grenache and Cinsault from biodynamically-grown vines planted on limestone terroirs around the cellar, respectively in 1971 and 1969, in Aubais and Aujargues, in the Gard (Southern Rhône Valley). Harvesting was done by hand, followed by a natural vinification: gentle maceration, aged in a sandstone jar and a stainless steel vat. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Imogen Berry and Robin Althoff are the two young winemakers at the helm of Domaine Berry-Althoff and Le Quai à Raisins négoce, founded in 2015. The couple travelled extensively before returning to Robin's homeland, where he grew up from the age of 11 at the Costes-Cirgues estate, which practices biodynamics and sulfur-free vinification.
