A blend of Cinsault (70%), Syrah (15%) and Carignan (15%), from vines planted on sand, schist and clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is done by hand with small crates. Vinification: grapes destemmed then placed in vats 10 days for the Cinsault, direct pressing for the Syrah, carbonic maceration for the Carignan, followed by maturation 6 months in vats. Little sulphur.
