A blend of 80% Lledoner Peut and 20% Grenache Noir from 60 to 80-year-old vines, organically grown on two plots: one at 250 meters altitude, the other on a small hillside at 150 meters, with clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested in small crates, as early as possible in the morning to preserve freshness. Whole clusters are foot-trodden and gently pressed at the first sign of fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled in February 2023 with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
