80% Muscat of Alexandria and 20% Maccabeu from vines grown organically and planted in the parcel of La Made. Harvest in done by hand. Vinification: maceration of the whole bunches in fiber vats for 8 days, under inert gas. Devatting, gentle pressing, separation of the free-run juice and press juice. End of fermentation in barrels, aging in fiberglass vats, on the lees, for 6 months. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
