100% Melon de Bourgogne from 30-year-old vines grown organically since 2007, using natural forces and free energies through electroculture and geobiology. Surface area: 75 ares on deep Gneiss clay soils. The plot is located in the Coursay lieu-dit, small town of Monnières. Harvested by hand using small crates. Natural vinification: direct pressing, 14 months of aging on lees, in 20-year-old barrels (!!!). Bottled without fining or filtration, total SO2 only 15 mg/litre.
