100% Pineau d'Aunis from the young vines of the Estate, grown organically and planted on a soil of flinty clay over tufa limestone. Grapes are harvested by hand and at full maturity. Macerated for two weeks, then matured 12 months in 400-liter demi-muids barrels that have seen several wines. A totally natural juice – no filtration, no fining, and no added sulfites.
Renaud Guettier is a young agro-engineer impassioned by natural wine and in love with the Loire Valley. Determined to become a vigneron, he bought his first hectare of vines in 2004 and vinified his own wines for the first time.
