First vintage for this cuvée, made from young Sauvignon vines of 7 and 14 years old, acquired mid-2022. The vines are planted on two small plots in the historic vineyard area of Valentin's family, organically farmed on sandy flint soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: direct pressing, with completed malolactic fermentation, aged 80% in vats and 20% in wooden casks (without new oak) for 7 months. Bottled at the estate on April 11, 2024, with minimal sulfites.
