100% Fié Gris (the Loire’s name for Sauvignon Gris), from young vines farmed organically and harvested by hand. Natural vinification with no additives: one week of maceration on whole clusters, gentle pressing, then fermentation finishes and aging takes place in tanks. Bottled at the Domaine with no fining, no filtration, and zero added sulfur.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate.
