A cross-regional cuvée! A blend of half Grenache from Mont Ventoux and half Pineau d'Aunis from the Sarthe, harvested by hand from organically and biodynamically farmed vines. Vinified in Loire Valley at Domaine de Bellivière: total destemming, maceration in vats with gentle punch-downs. Aged 6 months in barrels on fine lees, followed by 6 more months in vats. Bottled at the estate in May 2023 after a light sulfiting.
