Cuvée Raymond - 2022 - Claude Courtois
Les Cailloux du Paradis
A cuvée named after Claude's father. The nose is frank and luscious, notes of redcurrant, cherry and iodine. Deep minerality on the palate, a wine of great drinkability and freshness, finishing with a little saline bitterness that beautifully structures the fruit.

A blend of no less than twenty grape varieties, including Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Côt, Gascon Noir... All from organic vineyards, of course, and harvested by hand. Less energy at the estate to produce single-varietal cuvées, so more grapes available to create this Raymond cuvée! Aged in barrels that have seen several wines, bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
