Fifth vintage for this 100% Gamay Saint Romain cuvée, from 35-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on a 0.8 ha parcel, situated at an altitude of 450 meters, facing East, and showing granitic soils. Farming: ploughing, natural grass cover crops, disbudding, leaf thinning as well as harvesting by hand are all practiced. Natural vinification: total destemming, indigenous yeasts, very long maceration of 6 months in amphorae, soft pressing, 6 months of aging in these same 750-liter Tuscan amphorae.
