100% Gamay from several parcels farmed organically, planted on flinty clay, with varying ripeness levels requiring tailored vinification. Three maceration styles: destemmed, semi-carbonic, and full carbonic, each with a light wetting of the cap. Aged five months in fiber tanks, bottled at the Domaine in January 2024, unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
