Gazouille - 2023 - Olivier Bellanger
La Piffaudière

Blend of 40% Menu Pineau, 30% Chardonnay, and 30% Sauvignon, 100% estate-grown for this new vintage, from vines farmed organically. Manual harvest and direct pressing by harvest date, with a very short passage in vats. Bottled early during alcoholic fermentation, with residual sugars to create natural effervescence in the bottle. Aged on laths for 15 months, disgorged in February 2025. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites.
