100% Chenin from the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, harvested from 80-year-old biodynamic vines planted on flint-clay soils. Hand-harvested on October 12th, 2022, during a fourth pass through the vineyard, showcasing beautiful noble rot. Careful sorting both in the vineyard and at the winery. Vinification: gentle pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in old barrels, aged for 6 months without racking to preserve the cuvée’s aromatic potential. Bottled in March 2023.
