Loire Valley
La roue qui tourne rosé - 2021 - Marie Thibault
Un Saumon dans la Loire
A very beautiful bottle of bubbles, opening with aromas of cranberry, lychee, and bitter almond... Palate: complex, beautiful body, a sparkling pet-nat that is almost vinous. We recognize the hand of Marie Thibault at work! An ideal pairing for a first course or for accompanying a light meal of tapas.

Bottled in November 2021, one year of aging on laths, all without sulphur!
