100% Gamay from organic vines and vines in the process of converting to organic, as some of these are new plots on the estate,planted in the small town of Vertou in the Muscadet area, and harvested by hand. Vinification: one night of skin-contact maceration, soft pressing the next morning, fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for 6 months. Bottled at the estate at the end of February 2024 with little sulphur.
Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate. A true local boy, Antoine graduated in the area, then became the vineyard manager of Daniel Bideau’s estate in La Haie-Fouassière.
