100% Pineau d'Aunis from biodynamically farmed vines aged 10 to 60 years, rooted in clay-silex soils over tuffeau. A blend of parcels from the villages of Marçon, Lhomme, and Chahaignes. Hand-harvested in small crates. Natural vinification: direct pressing, natural cold settling, and 9 months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the Domaine in April 2024 without fining or filtration, with a small dose of sulfur.
