A blended cuvée of Grolleau, and Pineau d'Aunis, cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic, planted on a parcel called Les Nouettes, in the area of Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. In the winery: co-maceration of the two grape varieties, a short vinification, indigenous yeasts, blending of free-run and press juices, and bottled without filtering or sulphur at the beginning of November 2021.
