100% Chenin from 60-year-old vines, organically farmed and certified by Ecocert, planted in Montlouis-sur-Loire on silty-flint soils. Manual and late harvesting, with golden berries showing slight passerillage (the grapes had begun to dry on the vine). Vinification: direct pressing, transfer into barrels for over a year of aging in 400-liter barrels, without new oak. No fining, light filtration, bottled at the estate in late October 2023 with a micro-dose of sulfur.
