First vintage for this 100% Melon de Bourgogne cuvée! From organically farmed vines planted on the lieu-dit L’Herbray in Vertou, right next to the winery. These parcels were once used for wines destined for export, so we’re thrilled to finally enjoy them in our own glasses! Hand-harvested, naturally vinified: direct pressing, slow fermentation, and just over 10 months of aging in underground tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the Domaine with just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate. A true local boy, Antoine graduated in the area, then became the vineyard manager of Daniel Bideau’s estate in La Haie-Fouassière.
