A REPRENDRE 100% Melon de Bourgogne from 90-year-old vines grown organically, planted on the plot of La Bareille in Vertou, which present very shallow soils and a North-West exposure. A cuvée classified as Cru Château-Thébaud, characterized by its granodiorite terroir. Harvest is done by hand, at maturity. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation in vats and very long aging in vats, on the lees, for 54 months.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate. A true local boy, Antoine graduated in the area, then became the vineyard manager of Daniel Bideau’s estate in La Haie-Fouassière.
