This 100% Merlot cuvée comes from vines farmed biodynamically (certified by Biodyvin) and planted on granite soils over white and red quartz. Manual harvest. In the winery: grapes are transferred to barrels for fermentation and maturation. About ten days of maceration, gentle pressing to preserve the fruit flavors, followed by 18 months of maturation. Neither fined nor filtered, sensible use of sulfites. Bottled at the Estate during Spring 2024.
