Pouilly Fumé Caillottes - 2022 - Antoine Gouffier
Domaine du Bouchot
An eminently mineral nose of flint stone, with lovely notes of white fruits like white peach and pear, with a hint of citrus. The palate is very intense, sapid and crisp, with fine acidity – a great success!

100% Sauvignon from 35-40 year old vines planted on four parcels for a total of 1.68 ha of Portland limestone soils, farmed biodynamically. Bottled at the estate during a waning moon, without filtration and after a light fining.
