Pouilly Fumé MCMLV - 2022 - Antoine Gouffier
Domaine du Bouchot
A wine of great class, with a complex nose of stone fruit, spices, citrus fruit, and mineral notes. The palate is full-bodied and taut, with great freshness – this is already drinking very well, but if you can resist opening it, leave it in the cellar a few years.

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: 24 to 48 hours of skin-contact, pressing, followed by 18 months of maturation, half in wooden cask and half in stainless steel tank. Bottled at the estate during a waning moon.
