A blended cuvée: 80% Cabernet Franc from grapes that were purchased in St-Géréon, the vines were grown organically of course; and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from Philippe Chevarin's estate. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, 6 months aging in fiber vats, bottled at the estate in mid-March 2023. Not fined or filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur during vinification in order to protect the wine.
