Sancerre "Les Chailloux" - 2022 - Paul Fouassier
Domaine Fouassier
A few words from the winemaker: “A lively nose, with notes of Granny Smith apple, lemon pulp, and hints of anise. The attack is crisp, round and fresh palate. A slight effervescence adds to the tension and mouthwatering grip. Favorful, with just the right touch of astringency and precision.”
