A Saumur Chenin that would remind us of a Chenin from Anjou, both very luscious and nervous. A free and pure wine with notes of apricot, honey and lemon. Worth decanting: 15 minutes are enough.

100% Chenin from 40-year-old vines that have been grown organically for twenty years, planted on poor and stony soils, on the north side of the Cerisaie hill. Manual harvesting, long pressing, transferred into barrels at mid-fermentation, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.
