A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée from 45-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on a terroir of Jurassic-era flinty clay. Manual harvest. Natural vinification, without inputs: maceration in vats for one year, alternating between layers of whole bunches and of destemmed grapes. Soft pressing, nine months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without added sulfites.
