A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée from 45-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on a terroir of Jurassic-era flinty clay. Manual harvest. Natural vinification, without inputs: destemming, one week of maceration, and two years of maturation in concrete eggs. Unfined, unfiltered and only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
