100% Sauvignon, from organically farmed vines planted in the Cher Valley and harvested by hand. Vinified naturally: direct pressing, settling, and a short period of maturation in vats – this is a primeur after all! Bottled at the Estate on the 6th of November 2024, without fining nor filtration, and zero added sulfites.
