A deep red robe, with a nose of red fruits and cocoa. The palate is balanced, combining power and finesse, with beautiful freshness.
2020 is the third vintage after this parcel was grubbed up and replanted. The return of one of the estate’s most emblematic cuvées! A blend of Grenache and Syrah from vines cultivated organically and planted on soils of Quaternary-period alluvial debris, gravel and sand. Vinification: maceration of whole grape bunches for one week, followed by gentle pressing, and one year of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled with only a microdose of sulphur.
