Le Miracle - 2023 - Gwendolyn Berger et Jean Jacques Branger
Clos des B

Blanc de Noirs for this cuvée: 100% Grenache Noir, mostly from old vines (25 to 50 years), biodynamically farmed, planted on a plot with mica-schist soils and quartz veins. The grapes naturally have low anthocyanins, perfect for a Blanc de Noirs! Direct pressing of whole clusters, vinified and aged on the lees. Bottled in early April 2024, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
