A cuvée of Pinot Noir from young vines that were planted in 2011 by Henri and Théophile on the historical Clos of the estate, on alluvial debris from the Quaternary period, with gravel and sand soils. The whole vineyard is cultivated organically. Vinification: after whole grapes bunches were fermented in vats for about a week, this limited series wine was aged for one year. Only a 600-liter cask, plus a 225-liter oak barrel (that have seen several wines) were produced. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a small dose of sulphur at bottling.
