A classy rosé, one of our absolute favorites from Provence. Fresh notes of red berries meet a rich, indulgent side, with hints of salted butter caramel (yes, really!). The finish is long and saline—an irresistible delight.

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tibourenc and Mourvèdre from biodynamic vineyards planted in Grimaud and Ramatuelle. Hand-harvested, this is a press rosé, separate vinification of the four grape varieties in stainless-steel vats, with blending at the end of fermentation, aged in stainless-steel vats and bottled in February 2024, in accordance with the biodynamic calendar. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
