Lou Dilun - 2021 - Gwendolyn Berger et Jean Jacques Branger
Clos des B
Huge favorite during tasting, with a highly complex nose blending blueberry, wild herbs, and soft spices. On the palate: lovely silky volume, soft, well-integrated tannins, lots of roundness, and a very indulgent texture. Long finish. A wine crafted for food pairings.

A blend of Grenache Noir with a touch of Cinsault from biodynamically farmed vines planted in Grimaud. Hand-harvested, natural vinification with no additives: fully destemmed, co-maceration of both grapes, long maceration before gentle pressing around All Saints’ Day, followed by 6 months in old barrels. "Lou Dilun" means Monday's moon, bottled on a Monday in line with the biodynamic calendar, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
