Blend of Roussanne, Rolle and Grenache Blanc from 25-years-old vines grown on clay soils with limestone scree and a subsoil of blue marl. Manual harvest and natural vinification: 20 days of maceration in tanks, with indigenous yeasts, matured one year in casks, and no fining or filtering. Little sulphur at bottling.
