La Ferme Saint Martin

A blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Grenache Blanc from 20- to 40-year-old vines, farmed organically and planted on a Triassic period clay-limestone terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: the grapes are destemmed by hand, followed by a direct pressing for the Grenache Blanc, and two weeks of maceration for the Roussane, and one year of maturation in barrels and demi-muids that have seen several wines. Bottled after a gentle filtration, zero added sulfur.
