A beautiful expression of the Carignan grape, here revealed in a fruity and delicious style. The palate is vibrant, juicy, with a tangy freshness and incredible drinkability—nearly impossible to stop at just one glass... surely to the delight of Bacchus himself!
Second vintage for this cuvée, 100% Carignan from 60-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest with grape sorting in the vineyard. Natural vinification: total destemming, 8-week maceration in stainless steel vats, gentle pressing, then aging in the same vats for about a year. Bottled at the Domaine without fining or filtration, no added sulfur.
