Rhône Valley
A deep purple color, the nose reveals ripe red fruits, chocolate, and spices. The palate offers volume, power, and richness, with soft, expansive tannins that are smooth and silky. The finish strikes a perfect balance between indulgence and elegance.
A blend of various grape varieties and terroirs: 40% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, and 20% Carignan. The vines, aged between 40 and 70 years, are cultivated organically on stony soils in the heights of Cairanne. Hand-harvested with an average yield of 25 hl/ha, this wine undergoes natural vinification. It is aged for 10 months, with 60% in concrete tanks, 30% in demi-muids, and 10% in large casks. Just a micro-dose of sulfur is added at bottling.
