Blend of young vines: 40% Clairette, 30% Roussanne, 15% Grenache Blanc and 15% other white grape varieties, from organically grown vines planted on clay-limestone and grey marl soils at an altitude of 600 to 650 meters. Manual harvest. Careful sorting of the grapes with direct pressing, separate vinification of the grape varieties for 9 months of maturation in casks and concrete vats. Soft plate filtration, bottled without added sulfites.

Thomas Jullien, child of the 1983 vintage, is the head of Ferme Saint Martin, an estate perched at the highest point of the Beaumes de Venise appellation, in Suzette.
