100% Viognier, the exclusive grape variety of the Château, from 45-year-old vines grown biodynamically. Planted on 37 granitic terraces in an amphitheater shape, they stretch from Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône to Vérin and benefits from the unique microclimate of the AOC. South-facing exposure, at an altitude of 150-250 m. Hand-harvested in crates, all vineyard work done by hand, slow pressing, separate vinifications, and fermentations in stainless steel tanks or barrels. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels with 20% new oak.
