100% Viognier, the exclusive grape variety of the Château, sourced from 45-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically since 2011. Planted on 37 granite terraces arranged like an amphitheater, these vines stretch from Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône to Vérin, benefiting from the unique microclimate of the AOC. South-facing exposure, at an altitude of 150-250 meters. Hand-harvested in small crates, with all vineyard work done manually. Made from a selection of grapes that don't make it into the Château's iconic cuvée, but that are vinified with the same precision.
