"Nomiyasui" in Japanese, translates as “easy to drink”. The perfect definition for a Syrah with perfect structure, fruit, and extreme deliciousness. A cuvée which will always be unanimously appreciated by your guests. One of our favourites, year after year!
100% Syrah. Selected from the heart of the Bâties parcel, made up of old vines growing on clay, facing southwest on a gentle slope. Vinification is traditional with whole cluster grapes, with a small portion crushed to help start the fermentations. Maceration for 15 days, without additives, with a little punching down of the cap, maturation in demi-muids and barrels, bottled without sulphur between August and October depending on the cuvée. No fining nor filtration.
