Rhône Valley
Third vintage for this cuvée declined as a red, with a nose of red and black berries, violets, and a hint of olive. On the palate: depth and length, with silky, enveloping tannins perfectly supporting the fruit. A wine made for elegant food pairings at the table.
A 100% Syrah cuvée from organically farmed vines planted on white clay soils, specifically on a kaolin-rich quarry. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified without additives soft maceration with a few punch-downs, fermentation and aging in demi-muids barrels, without new oak, for 12 to 14 months. Bottled at the Domaine without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
